Water not filling properly

The washer is not getting enough water, or water is entering too slowly, within the expected time.

Also shown on some Electrolux models as: E11 C1

Try these free fixes first

Unplug the washer before opening any panel.

  1. Make sure the water tap feeding the washer is turned fully on and other taps in the house have normal pressure.
  2. Straighten any kinks or twists in the inlet hose and check it is not crushed behind the machine.
  3. Unplug the washer, turn off the tap, unscrew the inlet hose and rinse the small mesh filter at the connection.
  4. Check the drain hose is not pushed too far down into the standpipe, which can siphon water out as it fills.
  5. Unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in and start a new programme.
